Job Description

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming deliveries, assigning drivers to docks, and managing the weekly billing of outgoing freight. The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others.

HOURS: 8:00AM-4:00PM, Monday-Friday

WAGE: $21 hourly, plus differential for forklift certification

REPORTS TO: Shipping Manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Mainly working with Word/Excel/Outlook
• Handle incoming FedEx/UPS/Spee dee
• Assign drivers to docks for other deliveries
• Weekly billing of outgoing freight
• Other duties as assigned

• Warehouse background preferred but not necessary
• Forklift experience preferred but will train right candidate
