Here at Cardinal IG Fargo we take safety to a whole new level. Our goal is to send our teammates home every day just as they arrived.

We conduct regular safety meetings and safety huddles before the start of each shift. Our team also leads stretching exercises to make sure everyone is physically ready for each shift. Proper safety gear is provided to every teammate including eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, Kevlar shirts, and cut resistant aprons.
